1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "customer") and Hashi Money Wiring LLC, a Washington limited liability company with a business address at 15203 Military RD S, Seattle, WA 98188-2141, United States ("Hashi Money Wiring", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using our services, you accept these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. You must reside in a jurisdiction where our services are available. We reserve the right to decline to open or maintain an account at our discretion, including based on jurisdiction or applicable regulatory requirements.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may require additional authentication or information at any time.
4. Identity verification
You agree to complete our identity verification ("KYC") process and to provide accurate, current and complete information. We may request additional documentation as part of ongoing customer due diligence. Access to services and applicable limits depend on your verification level.
5. Custodial wallet
Hashi Money Wiring provides a custodial wallet service. We hold supported cryptocurrency on your behalf and record balances against your verified account. You authorize us to take custodial actions necessary to provide the service, including holding and transferring digital assets in accordance with your instructions.
We do not lend, rehypothecate or otherwise use customer-owned digital assets for our own purposes outside of operating the service.
6. Transfers
You may instruct us to send and receive supported digital assets between your custodial wallet and external wallets. We may delay, decline, freeze or reverse transactions where necessary to comply with applicable law or our internal policies. Transactions on a blockchain are generally irreversible once confirmed; we cannot recover funds sent to an incorrect address.
7. Fees & limits
Network fees may apply on outgoing transfers and are passed through to you. Daily and monthly transaction limits depend on your verification level. We may update fees and limits from time to time; the current schedule is available within your account.
8. Prohibited activity
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, fraud, market manipulation, or activity in violation of any applicable law or regulation. You will not attempt to circumvent our compliance, security or risk controls.

We may suspend, restrict or terminate your account or any service at our discretion, including where we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to comply with law, manage risk, or protect customers or the service. Where lawful and appropriate, we will provide notice.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hashi Money Wiring is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction located in King County, Washington, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be notified through the service or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
