AWASHDIRECT LLC is registered as a Money Services Business (MSB) with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN).

Independent verification

Regulatory information can be independently verified through official regulatory databases:

• FinCEN MSB Listings — the public registry of Money Services Businesses maintained by the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Financial Crimes Enforcement Network.
• NMLS Consumer Access — the public-facing website of the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System & Registry, where state-licensed money transmitters can be looked up by name or license number.

Compliance program

We operate in accordance with applicable U.S. financial regulations, including AML and KYC requirements. Our compliance program includes:

• Customer identification and identity verification at account opening (Customer Identification Program).
• Ongoing customer due diligence and, where appropriate, enhanced due diligence.
• Transaction monitoring and screening of inbound and outbound digital asset transfers.
• Sanctions screening against U.S. and applicable international lists.
• Recordkeeping and reporting consistent with the Bank Secrecy Act and applicable state law.
• Periodic independent review of the AML program.

Fees, limits & availability

• Network fees may apply on outgoing transfers and are passed through to the customer.
• Daily and monthly transaction limits depend on your verification level.
• Services may not be available in all U.S. states or jurisdictions.
